Usually that means starting somewhere on the surface and eventually finding myself underneath it — figuring out the APIs, the data, the integrations, the infrastructure, and all the little things that make the whole system work.
That's the part I enjoy.

A CRM records what happened.
I like being in the middle of that.
Connecting the pieces, deciding how they should communicate, and turning separate systems into something that works as one.
